This slow cooked lamb shank dish is unbelievably good, and a recipe close to my heart from my extended Greek family in Cape Town who taught me to love food in my teens. Torte della Nonna is not only a gorgeous looking dessert, but served with berries, it’s light and airy & so yummy! Colomba is a traditional Easter ‘cake’ very similar to pannetone. A little different in that it’s made with whole almonds and a crunchy crust as opposed to fruit. We’ve sourced this from the beautiful Natoora, having been on pre-order since early February.
